Evaluating yourself

Wow. 2017 has already come and gone. Time sure flies when you’re having fun.

Now that 2017 is coming to an end, I’ve found myself taking the time to evaluate my life and my goals. It’s been a rocky year for me, but everything is slowly coming to a perfect end with a pretty, little bow tied on top.

I’ve been trying to determine if my actions in the last year have brought me closer to completing my life goals. I’d say the answer is: YES. Absolutely. In the last year, I have:

  • decreased my total debt by more than 30%
  • increased my credit score
  • spent more time learning and gaining knowledge
  • found a new apartment
  • created a plan to focus on my health in 2018
  • finally started to learn what it meant to love myself

To some, my actions in 2017 may not have been that great. But to me, they’re everything. And for the first time in my life, I really feel like I’m headed somewhere! All this to say, what have you done this year to bring yourself closer to accomplishing your goals? Has everything you’ve done this year been worth it? Are there any changes you’d like to make in 2018? It’s a lot to think about, but it’s necessary if you want to keep climbing for success.

I hope you all learned as much as I did in the last 12 months, and I wish you all the best!

A toast to 2017,

Tammie 🙂
