3 ways to improve your work environment

If you’re like me, then you spend most of your time at work. Eight hours per day, five days per week, you are busy making your company grow. For 160+ hours per month, your primary goal is to move your organization forward.

Because of this, it’s important that you feel as comfortable as you possibly can at your job. Work is like your home away from home. So below are three ways I recommend to improve your work environment. What are some things you do to make your work environment more comfortable? Leave your ideas in the comment section below!

Swear at your coworkers.
In order for your coworkers to understand who you are, you must let them know who is the real boss. Swearing at them will give you power and control. Once you have the upper hand, you can make your coworkers do anything.

Keep a bottle of booze near you.
I know they say not to drink alcohol on the clock, but who would really know? Hide it, disguise it…switch the containers out if you need to. But one thing’s for sure: you’ll never be stressed another day in your life.

Ignore the criticism.
You were hired to do your job, so no one else can tell you how to do it. Not even your boss. Continue working without any feedback. No one knows your position more than you. So forget the haters. It’s survival of the fittest. You’re only responsible for you. Everyone else is on his own.

I hope that my tips have helped someone in need. However, if you made it this far in the post, then I have one thing to say to you: APRIL FOOLS’! 🙂 Ha! I hope you all didn’t take me seriously. This was just a fun way for a blogger like me to jump in on all the April Fools’ glory. But don’t worry. I have a real version of this post going up tomorrow (on my regular post day).

See you soon!
