Workin’ Wednesday series and other announcements

Hey, everyone!

So I’m super excited about this upcoming October. I’m starting a new series on this blog called Workin’ Wednesdays. In light of my getting a new job last week (yay!), I wanted to share my expertise about how to master the interview process. A lot of articles I’ve read in the past discussed how to get the interview or how to conduct oneself during an interview. But none of those articles explained what a candidate should do in-between or post-interview. There is more to this process than meets the eye. And I plan to spend the entire month of October talking all about it.

Next month, I’m going to take my subscribers on an in-depth journey through pre-interview research, business cards, resumes and more. Expect a new entry every Wednesday evening.

FAQ: Yes, these posts will be IN ADDITION TO my regular posts every Friday. Meaning, you’ll get a double dose of Tammie this month. For this series, there are going to be a total of four phases (for the four Wednesdays in October).

I’m excited for next month, and I hope you all enjoy what I have coming up! Please let me know if you would like to see more series posts on my website. The first post will be released on October 7, so be ready!

Quick announcement:

Sad news – I deleted my Spanish blog. I know, I know. I’m sad, too! But with all of the new projects I’m taking on this fall, the Spanish site was getting to be too much effort for very little results. I hope my Spanish-speaking subscribers will understand. 🙁

Thank you all for taking the time to read my posts. Your comments and shares make my days so much better. I hope that my advice/sense of humor truly helps you in your professional life.

Sincerely,

Tammie Riley 🙂
